The Uptown Meat Club has now added a cocktail menu! The selection ranges from delicious classics to innovative creations. Start your cocktail night in our restaurant on the Museumplein in Amsterdam or cap of your dinner with a special drink.

On our new cocktail menu you will find an enticing mix of creative cocktails and well-known classics (with a twist), including our Bloody Mary, White Russian and Old Fashioned with Bourbon Whiskey. Ready for something bubbly and fresh? Then go for the Aperol Spritz with Aperol, Cava and sparkling water—the perfect drink for a hot summer day.
One of our favorite classics is the Dutch Sour. The Dutch Sour is perhaps one of the lesser known cocktails, but definitely worth a try. The base consists of vodka and lemon juice, combined with orange juice, thyme and cinnamon. The ‘star’ in this drink is the stroopwafel liqueur. It can hardly be more Dutch!
…Or our creative concoctions
The team at The Uptown Meat Club has also created a number of innovative cocktails for the menu. How about the Italian Lady with Amaretto, dry vermouth and Cava with orange peel garnish? A sparkling and sweet drink starring the Italian liqueur. The Killer Bee gives a Mexican twist to the classic cocktail called the Bee’s Knees. It is a light and refreshing drink made with gin, lemon and honey syrup, but the Killer Bee replaces the gin with mezcal. Mezcal is a distilled alcoholic drink that, like tequila, is made from the agave plant. The big difference is that the agave is smoked with mezcal, which creates a characteristic smokey taste.
Also discover our custom creation: The Uptown Milk Punch; a creamy and spicy cocktail based on Bourbon Whiskey and the coffee liqueur Tia Maria. Other ingredients of our ‘house cocktail’ are heavy cream, nutmeg and cinnamon. The Uptown Milk Punch fits perfectly with the character and flavors of our premium meat restaurant at the Vondelpark
A selection of non-alcoholic cocktails
Do you love cocktails, but prefer not to drink alcohol? Then we have a top selection of ‘mocktails’ to offer you. Our Seedlip & Tonic is a refreshing drink with distilled non-alcoholic gin and Fever-Tree Indian Tonic. For cocktail lovers with a sweet tooth, we also offer Baileys 0.0. The dulce de leche and heavy cream provide a creamy structure for this drink.
